Strawberry Jalapeno Salsa

1 cup of diced local strawberries
2 diced jalapenos, seeded (if you want more heat, leave the seeds)
½ cup diced local green onions
1 Tbls B.T Leigh’s ‘Something for the Summer’ Seasoning (Limited Edition)
1 Tbls White Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tbls local honey
Combine all ingredients in and let set for a few hours to allow the flavors to meld and the strawberries to release their juices to add to the mix.
Serve with the Something for Summer Chicken, Roasted Salmon or with chips and anything else you like to eat with salsa’s.
