Is this still a thing?

Is avocado toast still a thing?

No? Yes? Okay, to be fair, I don't care.

I make a Rosemary Olive Oil bread. But I really am not a bread person. Sandwiches and soaking up broths and soups are about my max for bread. So for breakfast the other day I stood staring at this little round loaf of bread and remembered the packages of avocado that were gifted to me the day before.

So, I toasted a few slices of bread, pulled out my onions to slice, a roma to dice and two eggs to fry. It all worked out so well.
