with the ole' Kentucky spin.

I already use Zest. Juice for Life's Oh Jay in a quick bread recipe I make sometimes, and cocktails are a given since these are juices.
This cocktail, can easily be made a mocktail by just leaving out the liquor, but if you like White Russians or Chai, you need to try this recipe! It's simplicity is what makes it perfect for me. I love a good cocktail when I'm out, but I do not keep a stocked bar at home, so often times if I want a cocktail at the house I am without certain ingredients. This recipe is streamlined and basic.
I hope you all try this out!
Cha Cha White Russian {a'la Kentucky} Ingredients:
Zest Juice, Cha Cha Chai
1-2 oz Chai Tea (or you can use a Chai Liqueur)
1 tsp The Spice House Chai Spice Blend
1 oz Bourbon* (your choice of liquor)
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Brew your Chai and stir in Chai Spice blend-for an extra kick. Once off the heat, add vanilla extract and let cool. You can also add a splash of your choice of liquor here as well, if you'd like to make a little more of a liqueur.
In an iced glass, pour chilled Chai, your choice of liquor and then top with Zest Juice Cha Cha Chai.
Optionally, stir with cinnamon stick and enjoy!
