We don't have red meat often because in our household we have a picky meat eater. However, I decided to try out a new (to me) product that I found at the store. Campbell's Slow Cooker Sauces: Tavern Style Pot Roast.

I picked up some Chuck Roast and a few carrots and got to work. I usually have onion on hand, but if you don't, grab one of those as well.
A demi cut of of the carrots and a dice of the onions made them perfect for a slow roasted veggie side. Throw them in the crock pot, season to taste & a little oil & top with the season chuck. Pour over the sauce packet & a little liquid; pop the lid on and set it & forget it (iykyk 🤪)!
This was so delicious & according to the packet you don't even have to add liquid or any other ingredients so its perfect for when you dont have a lot of time to devote to prep. But if you know me, you know I like to do my own thing. 🤣
Perfect to serve with any veg but I prefer potatoes or egg noodles. I also topped mine with horseradish!
