Coconut Macaroon Nests

Coconut Macaroon Nests for Easter

1 cup Coconut flakes 1/3 cup Sugar 2 Tbls Flour (leave out or replace w/GF for Gluten Free) 2 Egg Whites 1 tsp of Vanilla Dash of salt

Chocolate-chips or bakers

Butter or Coconut Oil

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  • Mix together, it will be sticky! Form balls, create a dip in middle.

  • Bake at 350 for 15 minutes, or until golden. Around the 10-12 minute mark you may have to re-create the dip in the middle, with a spoon.

  • For chocolate; melt chips with butter or coconut oil over double boiler until smooth. (I did not measure this, hence my mess )

  • Drizzle chocolate in each dip, then across the whole. Place Cadbury Mini Eggs in the dip/nest! (Not an affiliate link!)
